There was a large group of demonstrators protesting the American FTA. According to one of the Korean students, many are against the allowance of the US free trade associations plans to import and sell at lower prices to korea, because it will cause many farmers and other people here to lose their jobs.


Down the street, and on all streets near the American embassy, there were policemen waiting to stop the protests. There were hundreds of officers sitting patiently on the streets.
